Just Express
Just Express it, before its too late.Just Express it, before you fall in regrets. Don't express to impress, just do it to relieve yourself ,do it to calm yourself down.
Express before someone else takes advantage.
Don't be submissive to your feelings. Feelings are similar to wings ,give them a little flutter,and see, how they let you soar high skies, fly like a bird, clear-headed, sharp goals, fixed destination.
Or , if your feelings start dominating you, they will feel like pain in your chest.
A pain, so deep that will continue to threaten you for life.
Just a common example which every average student might have faced.It might have happened, that your teacher threw a question to the class , and even after knowing the answer you chose to be quiet, suppressing yourself .How did you feel? Take a pause , think and answer yourself.
Another common but not-so-common example , How did you feel when some elder scolds you or beats you for no reason, just to save his nobility? How did you feel when you have a lot to say, to express, that "No! I am not wrong , you are the one, who is wrong ,you are the one who needs to feel sorry" , but again you chose to be mute?
Stop, pause and answer yourself.
Another dangerous example ,Physical Abuse. How did you feel when you were undergoing , bearing that strange touch on your body, piercing your self-respect , breaking you down slowly and gradually?
And this time ,don't answer yourself , just question yourself, that "why , why you chose to be quiet at such a fucking deed? Why did you chose to let society dominate you?"
I believe in having no boundaries of rich, poor ,elder ,younger , caste etc. If you feel you are being wronged by someone , just express. If you feel you are in love, just express. If you feel like crying don't hold back your tears. If you feel like being angry, express your anger. If you feel like bursting into laughter , do it even if your brain mutters "Sshh.. what would society think!".
And yes, don't forget to take a deep breath before you express any emotion.😉
